Stat Weighting Presets: Post the latest updates here

So the
weight scale
presets on the site have a tendency to get out of date very quickly. We want to avoid this, but we don't have enough people to do the theorycrafting ourselves—even trying to find and validate the theorycraft that other people have done is extremely difficult and time consuming—especially if you don't play the class in question.
So with that in mind, I'm posting a thread like this in every class forum. What I need is for you guys to let us know what the latest theorycraft is for your class and spec—whether it's Pawn values, an EJ post, something from ShadowPanther, Rawr, or whatever it may be. With this information, we'll be able to keep the weight scales up to date more easily, and make sure we always have the latest info.
What we need:
The actual weight values for each statistic
A link to the source information for the theorycraft
About when the theorycraft was done (to make sure it's recent)
Don't forget that no possible set of weight values will be right for EVERY character. Remember that the weight values should be calculated for a character who is
not capped
on any stat. We're looking primarily for weight scale results for fresh 80s here.
If the weight scales have gone too long without being updated, just put up a post in
Site Feedback
directing our attention to the relevant post in this thread.
Please Note:
Any post in this thread which is NOT a weight scale post will be deleted. Gotta keep this clean.

Done 7 days ago in a previous thread, the premise was a level 80 Fury warrior with blue quest/rep rewards and normal dungeon blues, but assuming full 25-man raid buffs/debuffs. Using landsoul's 2.405 spreadsheet (pre-3.1.2 fury buff).
121.7 Expertise
100.0 Strength
79.7 Crit Rating
65.8 Agility
63.0 Armor Pen
58.3 Hit
43.8 Haste
37.9 AP
0.6 Armor
If I recall, the character was way under the expertise cap, but just above the soft hit cap, since so much of the early blue plate gear contains hit rating, and the soft cap is quite low for fury.

So I looked at MaxDPS weight scales and loaded up a couple different characters of various gear levels. This is what I came up with for Protection:
105 Stamina
95 Dodge Rating
90 Defense Rating
85 Block Rating
70 Parry Rating
70 Agility
50 Strength
50 Block Value
20 Expertise Rating
10 ArP Rating
10 Hit Rating
7 Crit Rating
6 Armor
1 Attack Power
1 Haste Rating

I'm surprised no one has put up an Arms preset yet. Here's one I found on
Tankspot
:
100 Strength
90 Hit Rating
85 Expertise rating
80 Critical strike rating
65 Armor penetration rating
65 Agility
50 Haste rating
45 Attack power
0.8 Armor
And here's the
link
to the preset itself.

Is this still the best scale for Prot? Using this scale, or the default Wowhead scale for Prot warriors, they rate this:
Wrynn's Greathelm of Conquest
item level 232 for 50 Emblem of Triumph above this:
Faceplate of the Honorbound
item level 245 for 75 Emblem of Triumph which doesnt seem right.
I would stay away from Maxdps as it doesn't make for very good optimizing at all. At least the general advice for arms dps is to stay far away from maxdps.com

It's always relevant. This thread exists so that users can contribute, not for readers to take the math written here and apply it.

My recent simcraft shows this for my own weights (this is post mastery nerfs I believe, can't find the simcraft dump to double check):
Str: 1.0000
Agi: 0.4845
AP: 0.4529
Exp: 0.0006
Hit: 0.5706
Crit: 0.6308
Haste: 0.3722
Mastery: 0.5035
This is for a soft hit (8%) / expertise (26) capped TG fury warrior. Multiply each by 100 to use in wowhead since it uses integer values. (0.48 becomes 48 for Agi).
It will be different for every warrior, but if enough people post their values it should even out to a decent average value.
