Can't seem to hand the quest in for some reason, addons disabled so its not blocked by addons

The Mysterious Apparition begins by saying, "Now that we have your answers, it is time to craft the card. Let us see what you came up with."

"I choose my form." - Remarkable. You know that you are unique and that you can make a difference. You trust yourself and your own instincts.

"I choose the draconic form." - How interesting. You choose to be something else other than what you know. I like your sense of adventure and the yearning to experience new ideas and boundaries.

"I choose the Destroyer." - Essence of the Destroyer? The overwhelming sensation of power! It is a double-edged sword, spinning around you with rage. Beware, mortal, so you do not end that which is precious in your wake.

"I choose the Guardian." - Essence of the Guardian? A selfless being? Protector of neither good nor evil, but that of the weak. You are willing to self-sacrifice for what you believe in.

"I choose the Life-Giver." - Essence of the Life-Giver? You wish to heal the wounded and cure the diseased. Your choices shed light, and I begin to see you clearly now.

"I choose Adaptation." - You are adaptive. You are intelligent and observant.

I choose Reaction." - You let others burn their resources and have them at your mercy.

Regardless of your choices, the Mysterious Apparition says, "Thank you, mortal, for sharing such insight with me. I can tell you, ego put aside, that this is my finest card."

If you stick around to watch them play zoom in on the Hearthstone board. You will appear as a tiny apparition.

Just to clarify for people coming to this page wondering.

There is (3) additional quests that are pre-requisites to completing this.

The first two quests listed will show up immediately after completing the other hub quests and then you will get Legendary Foil.

All in all these extra 3 quests took me 5-10 minutes to complete.

After you complete the quests they will duel, and this happens:

Guo-Hee Calmwater says: Do you know what killed the dragons?
Mysterious Apparition says: Not the ice age!

Which i'm pretty sure is a reference to Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr. Freeze in the movie Batman & Robin,
where he delivers the classic one-liner: "What killed the dinosaurs? The Ice Age!"

I couldn't upvote gremegity's comment above, so I will restate it...
I could not interact with the apparition to turn in the quest.
I walked out front and targeted Arcanologist Guarantor, and when I walked back to the apparition, I was able to turn in the quest.
