To find him in the Roasted Ram, there is a ramp to the right of the door as soon as you come in.

If you have started the quest Dignified Disguises alongside this one, you might have trouble finding Sir Pringly for Zhusadormu to smell. You can either drop Dignified Disguises to complete this quest first, or you can go play hide and seek with the whelplings near the Ruby Feast (/way 58.18, 17.63), finish Dignified Disguises and bring back the whelplings. This will restore Sir Pringly to be smelled at his original location next to Agapantus (/way 12.98, 56.91).

Every time I left the area where I picked up the quest, Zhusadormu would disappear. I realized he has to "smell" Sir Pringly who is the porcupine right next to the quest giver, before you can venture off into Valdrakken to complete the quest.

Also, in the Bronze Enclave, he is in dwarf form, not dragon form, which makes him a little bit hard to see.

Sort of irrelevant but I believe this quest is a reference to the Charmed episode Centennial (s5e12) which involves Paige teleporting each time she sneezes. Time travel is also an integral part of the episode plot.

[Zhusa is throwing us for quite the loop, <name>. Since he is so young, his control over time is not fully developed. Unfortunately, he has a strange reflex. Every time he sneezes he disappears, popping up elsewhere in any form! To top it off, he seems to have many allergies. Please, help Zhusadormu figure out what he is allergic to so we can keep him in one place!]
