Sadly it seems that atm (01-04-2024) you can complete this quest on an alt BUT it will NOT unlock any other colors than the selected. It's character locked/based. So if you select black with your main and brown on your alt you won't have both available at the same character.

1) go to
/way 48.43 44.09
and use the 오리 물약, it was provided by the quest giver. Wait until "Daetan found" is triggered.
2) cancel aura "Duck Disguise"
3) go to
/way 44.45 35.20
and loot 황금알 가보, it is right next to the bird nest

The Duck Disguiser Toy's prompt literally says "Choose your disguise."
But at this moment I have unlocked 4 disguises and can only select the ones each individual character has unlocked on the same character

You need to do the Non-daily quests for the Noblegarden event (in Durotar) and this quest will become available from Sylnaria Fareflame.

About 4-5 quests to do before this one will come up.

If you are on the quest to go to Orgrimmar to see Tethris Dewgazer at the Pathfinder's Den. Then you are on the right track.

I didn't fully follow all the quests. Sorry

Can we do this quest once per day or is it a once-off per character? If we can only do it once, I hope they make it so each unlocked disguise is available across all characters.

Use potion. Go to location next to pond (just west of Razor Hill, NOT where the nest is). Look up in the sky. Daetan will appear and fly down to you. Stay in disguise. Let him talk. Then go over to the Large Duck Nest (North West of Razor Hill) and get golden egg.
