You need Mrgrggrgl Mark III or The Awakener to be able to 100% this mission. It will also require a zone buff to chew the last 1/3 off Expert Captain.

I tried the following variants:

Mrgrggrgl Mark III, plus a Carrier with Human Crew, plus Air Superiority. This combination gave me 98%.
Mrgrggrgl Mark III, plus a Carrier with Pandaren crew, plus Air Superiority. This combination gave me 99%.

I would think twice before sending Mrgrggrgl Mark III to a mission which does not have 100% (however, if you have one of the two above cases, and both your Mrgrggrgl Mark III and Carrier are epic, then you can equip Mrgrggrgl Mark III with Unsinkable and sleep well).

This means that in order to reach 100% we need one of the following combinations:

Mrgrggrgl Mark III with Automated Sky Scanner, plus any Carrier with Human Crew or Pandaren crew, plus Air Superiority.
Mrgrggrgl Mark III, plus any Carrier with Human Crew or Pandaren crew and with Sonic Amplification Field, plus Air Superiority.
The Awakener with Extra Quarters, plus any Transport with Human Crew or Pandaren crew, plus Air Superiority.
The Awakener, plus any Transport with Human Crew or Pandaren crew and Sonic Amplification Field, plus Air Superiority.

In all four cases both ships should have epic quality because we need 3 more slots in additon to the bufs described above.

EDIT: I don't know what has changed, but today I get 98% with Mrgrggrgl Mark III, plus a Carrier with Pandaren crew, without Air Superiority. This means that with the latter I would have 100%.
EDIT2: Confirming myself: in v6.2.3 we get 100% even with Mrgrggrgl Mark III, plus a Carrier with Pandaren crew, plus Air Superiority. So no need to have additional buf like Automated Sky Scanner, or Sonic Amplification Field, or Extra Quarters.

Since the shipyard changes in 6.2.3 that won't destroy ships on missions at 90% or above, and which buffed some of the success chance items, you can get double gold for at least 95% chance with:

아옳옳옳 마크 3호
Any 항공모함, with a 드워프 대원/고블린 대원

Then equip the destroyer and carrier with 지옥연기 분사 장치, 강한 가열로, and 순철 방향타 to get to 95%. Adding either 음파 증폭장 to the carrier or 자동 공중 스캐너 to the destroyer will bring it up to 97%.

Alternatively, if you go with only two mechanic counters (eg, 강한 가열로 and 순철 방향타) and use both 음파 증폭장 and 자동 공중 스캐너 then that's 95% also.

It appears to be impossible to get it above 90% with two 드워프 대원 or 고블린 대원. The best I could manage, with area buff, was 83%.
