- Renewing Mist has a 1% increased chance to increase the healing of your next Vivify.
- Vivify heals your primary target for 25% more, and Essence Font's heal over time duration is increased by 2 sec.
This list of gear shows you what pieces you'd want to swap out if you have a legendary in a tier slot, and you still need tier bonuses.

- Successfully consuming the

This list of gear shows you the power of each piece related to one another, so you can swap in a lower priority piece if you have a legendary taking up a tier slot, and you still want to keep the tier bonus:

The following list displays the ranking of Tier 21 set pieces compared to other gear available in Antorus, the Burning Throne.
Legendary items are rare, powerful items that can be found during your adventures in Legion. Initially, you will only be able to equip a single legendary item, but in time that amount will increase. These pieces of gear could have a huge effect on your gameplay and performance, so you will definitely want to use one if you find it!
is a drop from the final boss of Antorus, the Burning Throne,
. Having each secondary stat with a proc for a hefty amount of each tertiary stat, the baseline trinket is nothing to scoff at, yet at the same time won't be worth equipping unless it helps your group proc more Pantheon empowerments (as detailed
). However, this isn't unique-equipped with other Legion legendaries, instead unique-equipped with Pantheon trinkets, making the only competition for it
. However, as the weeks go on and you upgrade
, you'll take that over this legendary for healing.

casts (casting it on cooldown, no matter the current health of the group), this legendary is only middle of the pack.

is a legendary from completing the quest
. This legendary increases the effectiveness of the second tier Netherlight Crucible traits by 50%, so it's actual impact on overall healing can vary depending on RNG. A decent legendary if Mistweaver is your alt, but not worth equipping in the long run, once spec-specific legendaries are acquired.
: When you cast
, you will get 2 buffs. One will be the normal
buff and the other will be a single use of a random spell affected by
. For example, you could get a

: This legendary is excellent in dungeons, where the healing bonus is likely to spread onto those that need it most. The healing bonus from this legendary (
) matches the current duration of

will expire at the same time, giving you a small window to use the extra healing boost.

is a legendary all other classes are able to receive that has a lot of secondary stats, while also applying a shield equal to 25% of your maximum health every 30 seconds. This is a very powerful survivability legendary, and will be especially useful whenever your Level 75 talents aren't available.
gives a passive 2% Haste and 10% Movement Speed buff, increased to 25% and 70%, respectively, whenever you dispell a harmful effect on an ally, or apply a loss of control effect to an enemy. As a Mistweaver, that would be successfully hitting an enemy with
. A niche utility legendary, this won't give you the largest healing increase, but its bonus shouldn't be looked down on.
is a legendary introduced in 7.1.5 that causes every

into a decent burst cooldown when paired with a

is a new legendary introduced in 7.2.5, passively granting us the

is another legendary introduced in 7.1.5. This one can be used as a powerful burst cooldown, as its healing increase, combined with its overheal transfer effect is incredible. That, combined with a relativley short cooldown, makes this an invaluable legendary. Combined with a
, which already overheals by a decent amount in raid, and you're looking at a drastic increase in healing.
Legendary Upgrade Priorities
Looking at Antorus, the Burning Throne's gear options, the following is a list of the top 5 legendaries for both Raid-centric and Dungeon-centric players on what to upgrade. This list doubles as a ranking of legendaries for the specific content.
: The passive intellect is very valuable, but the mana return is very low for the cooldown
: Good passive stat and the Haste and Intellect proc could be very strong if it procs at an opportune time, but healers generally aren't able to get the most out of stat procs.
: Large, on-demand healing on a 1-minute cooldown is a solid effect and if the healing doesn't split past 6 targets, it could be extremely potent.
: Given how many
we can have out on the raid at any time, the potential for this effect to be useful is really high.
is a nice on-use shield for a few members of your group. It passively applies the shield to 5 nearby players, making the only skill needed for this trinket is positioning on your end. It lasts for 20 seconds, or until all 5 charges of it have been used. Definitely a decent trinket, but there are better options in the raid.
has since been nerfed when it was last tested. In raids, the procs per minute of the AoE healing detonation is low, making this trinket not as valuable as other options.
is another proc trinket with a high uptime. Whenever it procs, it has a chance to mark you with
, increasing your Haste, Mastery, or Critical Strike (respectively) by a fairly large amount. During testing, the trinket had a combined uptime of about 30%, splitting its uptime nearly evenly with each buff. More than one buff can be active at once.
is a mana restoration trinket. Whenever the
buff is active on yourself, your next
cast while it is active will give you mana, instead of costing mana. However, both the proc rate and mana return are fairly low, but the raw intellect helps to shore that up a bit.
is a good, all around healing trinket, increasing its healing the lower your mana is.
may see some good situautional usage if you can plant and turret healing, but Haste isn't amazing for Mistweavers.
changes its proc depending on whether it's day or night (6:30 AM/PM server time). Grants Critical Strike in the day and Haste at night. Testing this trinket on the PTR has made the intended values of this trinket hard to pin down, whether raids count as day all the time, or if they follow the set day/night cycle of the game.
procs off 50% of
casts, for a sizable chunk of healing on a single target very rapidly.
is a monumental single target heal on a low cooldown. If you complete its channel, the target then receives an absorb shield. A really good trinket if you can use it as close to on cooldown as possible.
is the best trinket in the raid, hands down. Healing for a decent amount every 3 seconds on a target of your choosing (typically a tank), placing an absorb amount on them for falling below 35%, this trinket is great for making tanks a lower priority for healing. However, not all healers in the group should run it, otherwise it turns into high overhealing for all who run it.
. Both are good, consistent healing increases.
is a nearly passive 2%+ increase to your Haste, depending on the RNG of its proc timing. Not bad, but there are better.
is an on use trinket that shields your target for a fairly substantial amount, that, on expiration, explodes, dealing damage to all enemies around your target. Could see some use depending on the frequency of burst, with the added perk of some damage that you wouldn't otherwise get.
is an on use trinket with a fairly short cooldown that can heal a lot of people for a small amount, or a few people for a decently sized heal, since it's healing is split from a maximum pool. Should be able to be used on cooldown, depending on the fight, but not the best, healing-wise.
is a trinket shared with spellcasters that returns an amount of Intellect that scales based on the health of the enemy targeted when this trinket is used. Impactful on fights where adds spawn roughly every minute, but it has diminishing effects the longer spawns are apart, or if it's a pure single target fight.
is the only mana trinket this tier, and fairly weak at that. Getting a maximum of 9 ticks of the DoT effect every time, it makes an impact the longer the fight is, where mana can usually run dry, but at that point there are other options available without sacrificing much throughput that a trinket slot has typically provided.
is pretty good, from just a pure HPS standpoint. On progression, it's typical for players to dip below 50% health frequently enough that none of this trinket's procs will go to waste.
is a Pantheon trinket (detailed
) that scales all the way up to iLvL 1000, with a massive amount of Intellect and a fairly substantial healing effect.
are both solid healing increases.
Finding Gear on Wowhead
From simple recommendations to advanced filters, Wowhead can help you find the gear you want.
is a great way to search for gear if you are new to Wowhead's filtering system.
Choose what item category, gear slot, and class specialization you're interested in, and it will return results for you. You can further narrow it down by source--including gear from LFR and heroic dungeons.
You can find the Item Finder via Tools > Item Finder or Database > Items > Item Finder.

which is great for tracking vanity collections and viewing your character in our 3D modelviewer, you can click on the "Planner" button in the header to access the tool. If you don't, you can just enter your information in at Tools > Character Planner.
Wowhead utilizes a powerful system of item filters to narrow down the gear you need.
, you can enter in some basic options at the top--the name of the item, its item level, the level the players needs to be. The "Usable by" dropdowns cover factions, class, and role.
The dropdown menu right above "Stat Weights" opens to display a variety of advanced options. These cover the following:
General item info such as Added in Expansion/Patch, BoE/BoP, Unique-Equipped, Class-Specific.
Stats: All primary stats, secondary stats, defensive stats, and weapon stats.
Source: All in-game sources, ranging from raid difficulties to the Black Market Auction House to sold by a vendor.
Miscellaneous: Many of these filters are not relevant to equippable gear such as Crafting Reagents and Toys, but you can filter for items that are currently obtainable.
Once you've selected a filter from the menu, click on Apply filter for search results. You can repeat the process to filter for multiple criteria at once--for example, Agility gear that is found in Mythic Foundry.
Over on the right-hand side of the page, you can select a particular Gear Slot or Quality to narrow results even further.
Finally, you can quickly view a subset of items at once using the Database Menus. Head to Database > Items and mouseover the Weapon and Armor options for quick links to gear arranged by armor type and slot.
