This quest makes you neutral with the surrounding ogres(Bloodmaul, Bladespire) due to the Orgi'la (shangri la?) rep. Also whenever killed the ogres now say different messages like; "Me honored... king kill me."

There is also no rep drop when killing them (for now)!

The quest line starts at V'eru in Shattrath City.

Speak with the Ogre, Grok, in the Lower City section of Shattrath City.

<V'eru's voice fills your mind with crystalline tone and clarity.>

There is an ogre down in the Lower City, pleading for the assistance of passersby. They have all turned a deaf ear upon his plight.

Do you think you might aid him?

His name is Grok, and he is sitting near the merchants to the southeast.

Thank you, <name>.
You help Grok? Grok need help! Bloodmaul clan need help!

The quest giver is at Shattrah, he sends you to Mog'Dorg who gives you the 3 first pre-req

Pre-req are:

When all those prereq are done, it gives you Ogre Heaven

Part of the quest chain to open up the Ogri'la daily quests. You have to kill five different elite Sons of Gruul. They are VERY tough and you must have a proper 5-man party to handle them (Tank, Healer, 3 DPS). You might even want to bring along some extra people that can help out of party.

It's odd, after you do this, all ogres in blades edge become neutral to you, it has nothing to do with org'rila faction. Very funny if your being chased by someone of the opposite faction, you can find saftey in a cluster of ogres if they aren't neutral also..... some funny moments to be had....

This is not the quest you get that leads you to Mog'dorg in the first place. This is the quest you get after you complete the 5 man quests series. When you complete, a large group of ogre NPCs will spawn below Mog'dorg. If you go through them, one of them will have an exclamation mark on them, and will give you this quest.

They respond to emotes when you turn king/queen!
So far they respond to /kiss, /point, /dance, /laugh and /roar.

Editing my comment to answer my own question: if you complete the last 5-man quest but don't talk to the ogre below before leaving the area, you CAN still pick up the Ogre Heaven quest from Mog'dorg. There doesn't seem to be much purpose to this quest, other than to remind you to go back up to Mog'dorg after you're through partying with your admirers.

After this quest, I always feel bad when I have to kill ogres. They say things like "Puny <race>... You were a horrible king..."

I did the chain Ogre Heaven but apparently missed the Speak to Mog'Dorg part. Is the only way to fix this through a GM?

Its a breadcrumb quest and you are able to take the second quest first making this one obsolete

After completing this quest the Ogre NPCs that spawn will also have an ogre brew keg... drinking makes you drunk AND a Strong Ogre Coffee keg... drinking makes you more sober.

Just a heads up. If you are down to your few final quests for Loremaster, visit this guy. He also starts a daily so therefore he has a blue exclamation point above his head, not a yellow one. You may miss it (as I did, because I didn't want to do that annoying daily). Hope this saves someone some frustration!

Couple of notes, if you are trying to do this for quest completionist purposes.

1) Wowhead has it noted as a Night Elf quest. This is incorrect. I was able to do it on my Lightforged Draenei, and I'm pretty sure it's available for any race.

2) It is a breadcrumb and acts like all breadcrumbs do. You want to make sure you complete 영혼분쇄자에게로, but not the followup. Instead go down the tower and move along the Supplicants.
