In the area around the starting quest item, you will see quite a few 나무 요마. Kill them to loot between 7-16 of these items from the sprites.

Edit:
Upon turn-in, you will receive a dynamic quest reward based on the player's class.
For hunters, you will receive 우정의 선물 고리.

I was not able to get this quest as a warrior.
I could only get the next quest, Forensic Science and Acid Rain
