While he isn't exactly a challenging fight to begin with, by standing next to the kegs when he takes a swipe he'll go up in flames and gain a damage taken debuff.

Keep your back to a rock. he can do a knockback that kicks you way down the hillside and then you drag a mob to continue fighting him.

I have been trying to get this guy for the achieve. He is the last that I need. I am already exalted with the faction that gives the daily quests for this. After that, I have checked almost every day for about 2 months. In all that time, he has not shown up once. Anyone have a screen shot? Or the chance that the quest line leading to him will come up. ( I know I dont need to do the quests to kill him)

Got him Today (4-19-13). Tried to get a screen shot, but it captured my desktop screen, not what was showing on WOW.

Is this guy going away with 5.4 and what they're doing to the vale? I still haven't ever seen this !@#$%^& up to finish the achievement.
