Fixed the issue with Posthaste/Narrow Escape - it looks like Disengage is treating Narrow Escape data like a real talent, when it shouldn't be. Hid those areas to emphasize that the change with Disengage is the level.
Seal of Light was good for farming old instances. Get around a little quicker.
@Eostare, I think its both. A buff that reduces the cast time on your next 2 Chaos Bolt/Incinerate, duration of 10 seconds (expiration?). I used to be able to do 3 spells (1-3 incinerate + 1-2 chaos bolt) but now we'll be stuck with 2. This change makes me recall it being like this before (MoP?), but having a stack of 3? Now its only 2?
What is with these Feral nerfs? Aren't they reducing crit with the secondary stats overhaul anyway? And now a flat 5% crit decrease as well? Not to mention Omen of Clarity now affecting only Shred, Thrash and Swipe is just damn stupid...I don't understand what warrants these nerfs...

Is seed of corruption forever requiring 1-2 soul shards depending on if sow the seed talent is specced or not? Hold up, the above change list says that each damaging Balance spell cast while under Celestial Alignment using the Moon and Stars AT increases the haste by 3% per spell, but as of right now the increase is only 1% per spell. Is this actually being buffed, or is that a typo?
I do not know how many, but it seems to me that the shaman just become a mage. Fireball, lightning, earthquake. Sometimes Elemental. All. How is this different from the mage? This shaman! Need more shamanism. Shaman commands spirits, elements and totems! It would be much more interesting if the feature of the shaman was the fact that it can localize its damage and other abilities via totems, and at the same time getting free time to control spirits. I feel a deep need to revise this specialization.
Question regarding the flat damage buffs that are being applied to some specs.How is it defined which spells will be affected by the buff? I see that the obviously inherent spec spells/abilities are included, but this compilation also shows that some talents are included, but not others? And why are spec dependent cooldowns, such as spirit wolves for enhance, excluded?Thanks in advance.
Way to go Blizzard! The one class/spec (Warlock destruction) I like and you messed it up in the worst way. You said in the begin you wanted to make Warlocks more tankie to survive. Moving the Demon armor talent removed that tankie idea you wanted, now you go and switch the talents that will make our single target and aoe target dps crap. You also made a horrible mastery this expansion it was way better in Dreanor. Only brought that up because it seems the only gear I find is Mastery Mastery and Mastery. This is my opinion Blizzard, but maybe you want the mastery to work with our spell like incinerate, immolate, and chaos bolt. I guess i have to switch to demonology now ugh...
I remember when Frost Mage was good for PVP... Now is a real Glass Cannon, but only this and useful only for PVE
biggest patch in Legion and almost 0 changes to broken demonology spec. I am so disappointed. Blizzard ruined my favorite spec :(
So Demonology wont have life tap anymore? Then why did they make thalkiel's discord proc on demonwrath when it drains so much mana and no way to get it back? Did I miss something? Someone please fill me in with knowledge.
surprised they didn't nerf Throwing Axes talent for survival hunters, it's really good at low level (10-30) battleground pvp.
Can we please just get the damn AK catch-up mechanic? Unbundle it from 7.1.5 and release it already.

I notice the big F-U to Warlocks. Nerfed Demos best talent, Grimoire of Synergy. And they no longer have Drain Life. But then my Warrior is going to be getting a huge buff with the duration of Colossus Smash being nearly 30 seconds without being a diminished effect.
Our characters walk slower than others so why not just give a passive bonus so we can walk faster Also it would help if the reforge was brought back some sttas on gear is useless to damage dealers likewise for the tanks and healers.
WoW! Just WOW!I cant believe that 90% of Demon Hunter abilities are being buffed.. and not by a small amout, we re talkin about 5 or more %! Blizz must really love Demon Hunters, they do insane dmg already and they still get buffs on the other hand, my Destro warlock which is the only character I play gets nerfs everywhere... Backdraft is for 2 solids spells now instead of 5 sec... fu*kin awesome I could cast 4 chaos bolts when I got my procs now I will ALWAYS cast only 2.. Chaos Bolt gettin more and more nerfs in PvP.. The only reason to play Destro and not affliction was because of that awesome damage which made it enjoable but thats goin slowly to hell too.. this is second nerf done to it. You only buff Demonology by a small amount... forcing us more and more to play that spec which I personally hate. If I want millions of pets around me I would play hunter! Give me back my shadow bolt and metamorphosis and delete that demon hunter sh*t... So dissapointed -_-
