Note:
these are just some ideas that I personally think would be cool to add.
Game Play
Backpack:
Start with 16 slot with every 10 levels you gain 1 slot but at 85 (Cataclysm) you gain an extra slot for a total of 25 slots.
Bank:
There is room for another row of bank bag slots. Since each is 25 gold at the moment. Increase to 50 gold each for the bottom ones.
Triple Raid Specialization:
Same as dual specialization but when you enter a battleground you change to a third build that is meant around PvP and can only be change when you enter the BG.
Racial Glyphs:
(thanks to
ChalybsLevitas
from wowhead) At level 30 you gain a new glyph slot for special ones that augment your race's abilities.
Loot Distribution
Raiding:
boss drops a piece accumulated and turned in for that loot table or easier pieces into a greater piece which will defeat the purpose of waiting to pass out loot, checking on what dropped before moving on, loot mongers and not running it because I only want last boss loot. Basically a large scale of boss-specific emblems.
Quests:
choose more gold or xp at any level helping low level characters reach higher level quicker.
Vocation Dungeons:
What?:
Randomly generated solo dungeon accessed by a large daily quest.
Location:
Three for both Horde and Alliance at max level (85 during Cataclysm) located at highest level zone (Icecrown for WotLK).
Daily Quest:
Destroy breakable objects, kill a number of creatures, collect items and slay a named Boss at the end.
Reward:
High gold and a highest level of emblem.
Dungeons and Raiding
Loot:
same loot for 10 and 25 man. Just 25 man gives three times as many "pieces" (read 'Loot Distribution'). Hard mode gives double the amount (10 gives 2 pieces and 25 gives six). Blizzard has implemented this slightly with the new tier 9 tokens out of Trial of the Crusader.
Union:
What?:
An accepted allegiance between guilds creating a missing link of unpopulated guilds needing a few extra to fill a 25 man without releasing their guild loyalty.
Communicate:
Use /union or /u to talk in the chat window.
Benefits:
Spread guild advancements (Cataclysm) and let small or personal guilds become noticed giving players a chance for greatness.
Professions
Tracking:
Herbs are green with gold rings, mining deposites are blue with gold rings.
Disenchanting:
Able to disenchant soulbound items through the trade window much like lockpicking.
Blacksmithing:
Weapon attachments stack with enchants. One is physical and one is magical.
Woodcarving:
Craft bows, arrows, parts for other miner professions, and caster weapon attachments.
Jewelcrafting:
Jewelcrafting only gems back to prismatic.
Mining:
Deposites are the regular mining for ore with a pick where
veins
are places to dig and blast to create a mining shaft which can create larger amounts of ore after time. These places can either be mined by whoever you invite in or can be mined by anyone so make one quick and grind it out. These last for 3 hours.
Alchemy:
Armor and weapon dye.
Battlegrounds
PvPvE:
Basically a king of the hill type except demons attacking or defending the hill.
Continental:
A continent (yes - a continent) size BG that never ends with towns, cities, bases, keeps, etc. that you siege and capture with guild sponsoring a structure.
Siege Ideas:
Meat Wagon
making very weak skeletons and ghouls appear where the attack lands, Helicopter much like the ones in Ulduar having only a driver with missiles that deal high damage to siege and minor damage to players but no damage to keeps.
Urban:
Battleground inside a city. Could be a ruined city.
Not Enough Players:
If there are 5 Alliance and 4 Horde the Alliance can't gain any more players until Horde gains the same amount as them (in this case would be 5).
Experience:
I want to see experience gained for killing players instead of just killing a NPC or winning.
Quests
Dailies:
Multiply rewards and make them a weekly quests (4-7 days).
Class Quest:
Long quest chain leading to epic armor attachments able to complete the final quest over once a week to award the attachment again.
Servers and Realms
Free For All (FFA):
A total free for all. All races begin at their normal starting zone but able to travel where ever they want. Wintergrasp and regular Alliance vs Horde events are changed to Blue vs Red.
Population Display:
Display a rough population next to each Realm name of the active players playing.
Population Balance:
Increase experience on low populated realms and factions instead of tenacity.
Suggested Class(es)
Lifewarden:
Freya's offspring spawning mushrooms, elementals and plants to heal, damage or control targets.

Death Knight
Lichborne:
Change the Death Knight into a ghoul or lich.
Consume Decay:
When a Death and Decay is currently damaging an area, the caster consumes it dealing 6 seconds of the damage to anyone caught in it.
Druid
Tree of Life and Moonkin:
Update graphics like cat and bear forms.
Hunter
Loyal Servitude:
Damages the pet by 5% every 3 seconds giving it to the caster for 21 seconds and stunning it for the duration unless canceled.
Mage
Elemental Blow:
Deals massive frost, fire then arcane damage in a 20 yard radius over 6 seconds (2 second per magic type).
Energy Bellow:
Conjures an arcane gravity hole that deals heavy damage at the center but less damage towards the edges of this area of effect.
Blasts of Ember:
Minor fire damage every second for 6 seconds in a 12 yard radius stunning any target caught.
Paladin
Height of Sight:
Creates a line of sight wall (roughly 15 yards long) behind the paladin from side to side for a short time.
Priest
Improved Spirit of Redemption:
(talent) Able to resurrect the priest after the effect wares with 100% reduction in healing and damage given for 1 minute.
Phantasm:
(talent) Sends a short duration uncontrollable pet to your target with a maximum of 5 pets at any one time.
Rogue
Remedy:
Rogue uses poison reagents to create a remedy which heals over time as it travels through the rogue's body.
Sink:
(talent) Next Eviscerate or Envenom deals no damage. The Eviscerate or Envenom after those will deal double damage. Must effect same target.
Cold Blood:
(talent) When activated, increases the critical strike chance
and hit chance
of your next offensive ability by 100%.
Deadliest Brew:
(talent) You have a 50/100% to induce your target with all poisons each time Deadly Brew is used.
Poisons:
Instant cast poisons on weapons.
Shaman
Sovereign Elemental:
Enslaves an elemental.
Major Glyph of Totem:
All totems follow their caster at a 50% reduction in movement.
Warlock
Gate:
Open a gate into the nether world summoning weak imps.
Indulge:
Sacrifice a Gate Imp (above) to transfer 10% of its health every 1 second to the caster's pet for 10 seconds.
Wall of Flame:
Set a long rectangle ground space in fire dealing damage every 2 seconds for 20 seconds. Works a lot like Orgrimmar Arena's old fire line.
Warrior
Major Glyph of Attack:
Increases all range of offensive abilities by 1 yard.
Heightened Thunder Clap:
(talent) Decreases movement speed by 5% for every target effected by the clap.
Character Customization
Age:
sets age of your character changing face and curves your spine.
Tattoos:
adds facial and body tattoos.
Height:
make your character taller or short.
Weight:
will your character have a beer belly?
Muscle:
muscle definition or none at all.
Race-Specific:
adds more race-specific parts (ex: bones for undead are shown less or more).
Mixed Race:
races are combined to create new characteristics and gaining both race's racial abilities.
Dual Character:
able to play 2 characters while inside any major city.
New Races:

Almost all of it seems pretty good. Only thing is the new rogue abilities, which imo, seem just a tad too powerful.

I like to keep the suggestions on the front page. Sometimes it goes from 1 post to 2 posts much like this version. Now if you had a suggestions or a forum for it then I would go there.

1) some good ideas and a few I fear would be very bad/counter to what you would think would be a good thing.
2) Not a Blizzard site, nor in the Suggestions forum. For that ibtll, because i can see it happening soon.
3) We need Pandaren. Now. I will pay Blizzard $1000 to get it in the game(not much money for them ofcourse), or $5,000,000,000 for me to be the only one, in which i pay $100 a month for the rest of my life and my childrens(sorry children, I have to!)

Almost all of it seems pretty good. Only thing is the new rogue abilities, which imo, seem just a tad too powerful.
Just one or two of the ideas could work but not all of them.

Death Knight
The Dying Within:
OK. I get what you're saying. Maybe let it BE Lichborne but you turn into a ghoul minus this skill's abilities. So I'll change it.
Druid
Call of Nature:
OK. Sure, it is a new hibernate.
Hunter
Blind Servitude:
So change it to "Loyal Servitude"?
Mage
Elemental Blow:
Ever hear of Grand Magus Telestra in The Nexus? Basically all 3 of those into 1 spell.
Energy Bellow:
Just because it has a word that represents a voice doesn't make it a warrior thing. Also, have you played DotA? It is kind of like the Gravity spells. Hmmm... I might even change it to that! Thanks for giving me an idea!
Blasts of Ember:
This is basically a 2nd "OH^&*!" button for fire mages.
Paladin
Height of Sight:
Basically a very short duration out of line-of-sight. I couldn't possibly see the reason for line-of-sight mechanics either.
Priest
Improved Spirit of Redemption:
Maybe give a reduction in damage and healing for like 1 minute after.
Phantasm:
Think of a Theurgist from Dark Age of Camelot.
Rogue
Wraith:
Just an idea. I do like the mutilate bite since you do lung forward. I play an undead so I guess I get kind of "cannibalistic" sometimes.
Sink:
I got the name 'Sink' because the first attack sinks a sachel inside which next of that same attack will puncture it dealing double damage. Also it is for burst DPS. Let's say a fight that you deal normal damage to but has a damage increase taken (much like XT) so you basically save damage for that specific time.
Cold Blood:
I don't know how your thought process is for when you say this would be your finishing move. An attack that doesn't actually attack but deals critical damage and has a 100% chance to hit. 100% critical chance and 100% hit is good enough when fire mages get 20% for 3 attacks and elemental shamans have 15% for 15 seconds.
Deadliest Brew:
You read it wrong. Basically it is a buffed version of Deadly Brew. Nothing about damage really. Just when you have a poison on a target it does all of them.
Poisons:
How is this the worst one? Let it be just an instant cast. I will change it.
Shaman
Sovereign Elemental:
It is called Sovereign not Enslave. Difference in wording. One is just means "commanding" it and the other means "slave". But yes it is basically an Enslaved Demon for shamans since they are about the elements. So what's wrong with shamans and elements?
Major Glyph of Totem:
Gosh, yeah. Slow auras because totems stay with their caster like an aura does. My bad...
Warlock
Gate:
5000 health will not be that much in Cataclysm. Also just because I say a certain health doesn't mean it HAS to be that amount. You can say, "That would be cool but those imp's would have too much health." Instead you said, "5000 health is a LOT per Imp." Be supportive or at least constructive.
Indulge:
I could have it be the pet gaining the transferred health and not the warlock. Thanks!
Wall of Flame:
Basically the Orgrimmar arena's old fire line.
Warrior
Major Glyph of Attack:
Because in PvP you can just step 1 more when someone is running away from you. Just because you don't PvP doesn't mean others don't.
Heightened Thunder Clap:
You didn't read it. It says movement.
Age:
Because my 78 year old uncle only has an old face and not an old body.
Tattoos:
Figured they would have this in Cataclysm.
Heigh, Weight, Muscle:
Yeah, since it would create funny glitches in the game which could just be programmed to not do that in the first place. *Face Palm*
Race-Specific:
"adds !MORE! race-specific parts..."
Mixed Race:
I should totally dual box a tauren druid giving my undead a 5% more health. Totally...
New Races:

You can just update your first posts and then add a reply detailing a few of the changes you have made, this is the usual procedure.

Um. I think I was trying to say that my suggestions change. Meaning they might become bigger. More than 1 post will let me. Meaning I can't shove everything into 1 post. Therefore I can't just redo 1 post for every version.

Solo instances required to continue beyond every 20ish levels with elite mobs, CC and whatnot plz?
I was thinking something like that. I've also wanted dungeons to have an Easy, Normal and Hard mode. It does seem like there is too much of a jump for the casual elites.
