the profession quests that grant skill points ARE repeatable, but would only grant skill points like once a week or so...

yep "5 skill points per faire week" according to the section titled "so you want to be in show-business" section on this Blizz site:

Requires 75 fishing to obtain as of this posting, tested with my alt.

One of the new patch 4.3 Darkmoon Faire profession quests, you must have at least 75 skill in Fishing to see this quest.

Simply fish off the coast of Darkmoon Island and you'll catch 대해 청어 in addition to regular fish.

Although it only takes 5 casts to complete the quest, you may choose to continue fishing for a chance at a 바다 조랑말 which can also be fished up from the water around Darkmoon Island.

The profession quests can only be completed once during each Darkmoon Faire and will grant 5 skill points.

The nearest vendors to the Darkmoon Faire portals are 쿠루크 (H), 여관주인 팔레이 (A) for the 달딸기 주스 and 샤디 미스트러너 (H), 타린 바우던 (A) for all the other trade goods. You'll have to collect the fossil fragments yourself. If you forgot to bring your fishing rod with you, on Darkmoon Island sells fishing supplies.

Make sure you are not in a raid group when trying to complete this quest. Though you can cast a line and catch fish while in a raid, you will not catch any 대해 청어.
