Once all those flags quests are completed during a week, you will complete one of 10 different quests. After a weekly raid reset, the three quests reset, allowing you to complete another flag. Completing each quest awards a stack of

does not reset the progress on this. Also, you do not need to have the
시초 재개 배열 bonus active to complete the quests, so you progress in the system even without having the bonus beforehand.

Purpose
The idea behind this whole system is likely to have an organic nerf to Uldir as time goes by. Since the effect is already in place, it shouldn't affect the world first race much. However, it could impact the
Hall of Fame race, especially if the inequalities from Antorus still appear during Uldir.
TL;DR
- Azerite Armor from Uldir has a zone trait that, if selected, enables 시초 재개 배열 inside Uldir.
- 시초 재개 배열 doesn't scale with item level, so a Raid Finder or Mythic piece have the same benefit as far as this bonus go.
- 시초 재개 배열 buff is a permanent increase to your highest stat while inside Uldir.
- 시초 재개 배열 buff is dynamic, meaning temporary effects change which stat is selected.
- Every week, there is a hidden quest to kill 3 bosses in Uldir that increases the effect of 시초 재개 배열, up to 10 times.
