The NPCs are all at the cultist camp in Elwynn Forest, at Mirror Lake Orchard.
You must wear your to talk to the them.
Cultist Lethelyn: 30.7, 64.9 - Inside the house
Cultist Orlunn: 30.3, 6435 - Behinde the house, at a wooden table
Cultist Kaima: 31.1, 67.5 - At the wagon across the orchard.
Cultist Wyman: 31.8, 66.1 - Sitting in front of a tent.

Had some trouble finding them as they blend in well with the rest of the cultists.

Then I had the bright idea to display unit health bars above their heads.
Shift+V is the default keybinding for "Show Friendly Name Plates"

This is a side quest and doesn't necessarily need to be completed to get

Wyman says: "I am on the path to ascension, <name>. There is no going back. Tell my family that I wish them well, and I will be here if they decide to join me."

Lethelyn says: "I can't go back, not after the horrible fight I had with them. I'm sorry, <name>, I just can't."

Orlunn says: "Why should I return, <name>? The world is ending and I have a chance to become something more. If their paths lead them to the truth, as mine did, then we will see each other again. If not, I cannot open their eyes."

Kaima says: "I cannot return. Now that I've learned the truth, my place is here among my new brothers and sisters."

Confirmed this quest counts towards the achievement 3000 Quests Completed

However it does NOT count towards the achievement Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms

They are easily found at the camp cause they are the only ones with their names already highlighted (Their name is above their heads without you hovering the mouse)

You will need to complete the quest "Infiltrating the Cult" before doing this quest.

I found a typo, thought I was just misreading it :P

Now, not that this note is worth noting, but still. I just felt like sharing it. (Come to think of it, it's meaningless, I should delete this comment (though I won't :P).)

서술

[The cult isn't just spreading fear and paranoia anymore. Now, I'm receiving reports of missing people. Mothers, fathers, brothers, and sisters have seemingly disappeared, but I have a feeling they can be found in one of the cult's camps outside the city. If I give you the names of some of the missing people, would you try to locate them in the cultist camp at Mirror Lake Orchard? It's southwest of the city gates. To blend in, you'll need join the cult and get a robe from one of the doomsayers in Old Town.]
