This steps unlocks windrider in Stormsong Valley <= map
Now you have to wait for the next Rare follower mission 거인 사냥 to pop up
After 3-6 hours you get a quest to get back to the main ship.
Following quest 사로잡은 거인 is upgrade outpost quest for this outpost
