This is the mission needed for the last Worldvein Resonance rank, the legendary cosmetic effect for the essence.

Unfortunately it seems this is a random chance to appear from the Treasure Map you get by completing the weekly Island Expedition cap. Which means you can be like me, and just not get it.

Has anybody been doing the weekly island cap since the release of the patch and STILL not received this mission?

RNG I finally got this quest, but even with both combat & a vet melee it isn't even close to 100% chance; Flamin' time gating RNG hell is going to keep me from this before prepatch.
