Players have defeated all bosses in Heroic Antorus with a group consisting only of tanks! Rextroy, well known for his soloing challenges, led the group of tanks and shared some insights, videos, and tips with Wowhead.

Why the tank challenge?
I have personally always been interested in weird comps / playstyles. Doing my best to make sub optimal builds work. Back in the MOP days I used to mainly PvP. Most of the time I played weird comps such as double tank in 2s, triple DPS in 3s etc. But with my personal interest in PvP for Legion being reduced (mainly because of templates), I spent a lot more time soloing / grinding PvE content. Attempting tank-only runs seriously was something I started with now in Antorus, even if I did a few runs in Emerald Nightmare.
Why do full tank Antorus runs?
The theory behind a group full of tanks, is that it is much more endurable, and can skip tactics or play different to normal groups. With the downside being a smaller DPS output. A main example of changing the tactics a lot is
Mythic Felhounds of Sargeras
. When you play with only tanks, you do not have to change dog depending on debuff, most of the group just sticks to one dog and tanks through all the increased damage taken.
So far, I have only managed to down 2 bosses in Mythic (Garothi and Felhounds) as a group full of tanks. Most others have a really tight DPS check, which would require a group with good gear and performance.
However, when it comes to Heroic, all of it has finally been cleared! The main thing that made it doable is the Concordance buff, a desperately-needed DPS buff for certain fights such as Argus.
Videos and overview (tips) for Heroic Antorus as a group of tanks:
The main thing for Argus is to really maximize your group's DPS. Do your best to keep up the buff in P1. Do not run too far with the bombs in P2 (except the big one). During phase 3, you want to always stack up the adds to cleave as much as possible. Then during the last phase, make sure people kill the modules (with faster tanks going for those further back).
Make sure you have a few Guardian Druids to root the adds during transmission phase. You may allow 2, sometimes even 3 adds to explode and the group will still be alright. Since DPS might be lacking, it is especially important your group focuses down one of the bigger adds one at a time, to not have their increasing AOE damage output wipe you.
Make sure you put people with ranged abilites against the bats--Guardian Druids are good! Also the most dangerous part of the encounter is usually during the second bat wave, since a lot of different platforms might spiral out of control.
Tanks are quite endurable when it comes to the damage taken from
. However make sure everyone focuses down the adds fairly quickly, with too many you will definitely be in trouble!
Assigning 3 main tanks are a good idea, in case the current tank recieves a
debuff. There will not be any AOE clutter on the ground since

Felhounds of Sargeras
Very simple with a full tank group (doable on Mythic). Seperate the bosses and tank through most of their damage.
Antoran High Command
Tanks are able to survive the mines exploding very well. The required DPS is also easily-reached this far into the expansion. Make sure you still assign pods however, and that no one, except the current tank, stands in front of the bosses.
Portal Keeper Hasabel
Focus down adds quickly, since tanks' ability to kill them are a bit worse than a standard group. Otherwise your endurance will be very efficient here (Berserk should not be an issue either).
Imonar the Soulhunter
Make sure you avoid people that are asleep during p1, and that people do not walk into too much stuff when crossing the bridge. The group's damage taken can be quite high during the last phase, so bring quite a few Protection Paladins to help with off-healing!
Try to avoid having 2 Demolishers up during the same time. Their demolish could cause issues. Otherwise the Berserk is fairly easily defeated and other sources of damage should not pose such a big threat to the group.
