My fondest memories of Warcraft date far before WoW. Back when Warcraft: Orcs and Humans had come out.I played it endlessly... almost. And when I discovered Warcraft II: The Tides of Darkness, I played that even more.Eventually a friend of mine showed with Warcraft III - no, I never got to play Beyond the Dark Portal, sadly - and that's when I really got hooked on the lore behind the game.I bought it played it, learned about WoW, and began to work towards setting up an account for it. Unfortunately, it wasn't until BC that I managed to get an account up.Out of WoW, though, I remember learning that I couldn't tank in arms spec on my warrior. It happened around Old Hilllsbrad XD
My first mmo but I did lots of reading on building a warlock. My first time in MC my warlock had more HP than the tanks at the time. 6k buffed, in blues and greens. Good times.
Randomly logging on my crap geared warr after the 2.4 patch, and getting loads of help from a random guild. *sniff* still play with some of those guys today :)

I just made my 1st character(dwarf pala) and a friend of mine was a 26 human mage,he tells me to meet him in sw.After telling me how to get to the tram,he said to just walk and follow his arrow, but i always seemed to run past him without seeing him, about 15 minutes later i discovered he was standing on the tram dancing...
I started playing back in vanilla soon after the initial release of Naxx. My first character was a human paladin. I remember running around and exploring at Northshire, and not long after that I decided to go out into the bigger Elwynn Forest. I was just walking along, minding my own business when this guy named "Defias Cutthroat" came up and started to attack me. I tried three times to whisper him and tell him to stop, that I was new to the game and such, but the reply just came back "Player not found". It was after my second death and third whisper that I realized it was an NPC.I ran Alliance for a couple of months, getting that paladin up to 17, a dwarf hunter to 13, a night elf hunter to 13, and a human rogue up to 15. After becoming bored with the Alliance areas, I made a troll hunter, and I've been playing exclusively Horde ever since. I think it was the Barrens that hooked me. I love the look of that zone.
My earliest memory of WoW? Making my Tauren Druid and seeing a Kodo for the very first time :D. And my fondest memory, probably when i made my very first gold!
