Will BoA gear be reforgeable?
Gems.
So I guess you never find level 70 chain armors that have a huge freaking (and useless) intelligence boost. Or the any level cloth armors with Strength or something equally useless to a pure spell caster. Well, the rest of us do, and it drives us nuts for an otherwise fantastic piece of kit to be almost useless because it's bonus is in the wrong freaking stat. Reforging is a good thing, and there is no reason for you to partake if you don't want to. But I have to ask, are you one of those guys that thinks everyone should grind the same raid 300 times just to get one piece of gear that's only a few points better than their green drops or quest rewards?
This looks useful ^^ But to all those people who are seriously worried about loot stealing, remember that this is a beta. If Blizz sees every ninja and their grandma needing loot that they don't need, they'll remove it, or least nerf it. Simple as that. But I can't be the only one mourning the loss of "of the Whale" and "of the Bear"... I really liked how they matched up the animals and the stats ^^; So if it's more class-oriented, would it be "of the Frost Mage", or just nothing at all?
this will be super I wonder how many gold will it take ?
Just wait a couple of patches after the release it will be , i can almost guarantee that , lol . But as for the idea of reforging I think that it is awesome , just image the tank stats you can get from it , or the dps or healing stats , I one for cannot wait till cataclysm comes out .
At first I though, oh this sucks, it just pushes everyone more and more into theorycraft min/maxing, but then I rethought it.I think it actually helps push you away from theorycraft min/maxing because like many have said you can change all that excess hit rating for example to something useful. This you don't need to hold onto lower level gear because in theory it's better, there's a clear upgrade path and it is simpler imo.
100% Critical Strike is going to be a reality?)
