Tbh i aint too bothered about crappy cgi and green screen what worries me is are the characters gonna be relateable and is the story gonna be in engaging if not then this movie could go down in battlefield earth esque flames! I'm not trying to say everyone should agree with me, but if there truly was something wrong with it, I wouldn't hesitate to be brutally honest. It's puzzling how so many Warcraft fans clearly just want this film to fail so badly that they'll invent problems it doesn't have, simply because of the track record films based on games have.\r

Very interested in the context of the still showing the Horde standing behind Lothar in a seemingly supportive fashion. Will be very intriguing as to what is happening during that scene. Perhaps they're Durotan sympathisers, and a small splinter group is formed? Who knows? I can see why people are upset by the massive price tag on it, that is if you're a mount hoarder and like collecting mounts from every expac. It doesn't really make a difference to me, but it's the same deal with the Grand Yak and other expensive mounts, if you really want it, just farm the gold. If this mount will be an expense equivalent to how the other mounts were in their expansions, then I imagine that gold will be easier to get and the same difficulty as it was before. It's just a spider (cool model, yes, but that's all) and it is 10x the expedition yak's mount. They should add some features (i.e. making possible to crawl on walls) to make worth the cost or the spider might be bought only by the ones who capped the gold already in WoD. As for me, I wouldn't save that much gold on a spider neither the 100k for the toy. I don't find them as worth the effort as the yak or even cheaper mounts like the Vial of the Sands.

the whole point about CGI is that the quality drops as it gets more obvious and easier to spot.

It's the only spider mount in the game though. If you want a spider mount and aren't some longtime AH tycoon or multi-garrison runner, you're screwed. Just stop. A mount splitting the player base? Then that's a player base not worth worrying about. It's more like loud, temper tantrum throwing players enjoy stirring the pot and letting everyone know how pissed off they are to distract themselves from the fact they just don't like playing WoW anymore but are too stubborn to move on to another game and get on with their lives. \r

Watcher's response, even if someone doesn't agree with it, was clearly not a middle finger. Frankly, I don't know how he or anyone else at Blizzard displays such patience and writes these long posts trying to placate all the crying over something so insignificant.\r

I don't see myself having the gold to drop on this mount and I really wanted it after seeing it. I'll be even more disappointed if the fox mount is locked behind something that is possibly unobtainable for me personally. But I don't consider it something worth finger pointing and hollering irrationally about. I reached that point with SWTOR in December with what I felt was a disingenuous stream announcing a bad sub award system combined with A) the game direction having gone down a path I hated, and B) the only events I still had an interest in being bugged to hell. I unsubscribed the same day I had that realization that the game had crossed over into territory where I couldn't enjoy it anymore. No crying on forums, no temper tantrums, no flooding their next stream with useless spam saying OPS, OPS, OPS, OPS, OPS. I did what any reasonable adult should do to show his\/her displeasure in the loudest way possible to the providers of any product: I took my money elsewhere. If WoW ever pushes me to that point, I'll do the same. No fuss. It's only a video game at the end of the day whether I play it for 4 minutes or 4 hours a day. Basically STOP TALKING you idiot. sparkytiz의 댓글 the reason why the cgi looks so bad is because the film isn't running at 70-90 frames per second to blend it IE lotr, and films akin to this nature. This movie is still in the same vein of lotr and other high fantasy films, they opted out of the video game look which is what the higher frame rates would have achieved. Now this is just a opinion but just because your a fan doesn't mean that when you say something is bad doesn't mean you want something to fail. Also for people claiming the cgi is from one guy it is actually from a team which has its own special division's inside it. The cgi is actually handled by Industrial Light & Magic. Which have some pretty decent cgi in movies like "The Revenat" and "The Martian" now the blame isn't necessarily on the head of the team behind the cgi. It is kinda a mix of all the departments like cinematography and art department. In short the movie may do well it may not so people think it looks good and other don't it is a matter of opinion. It doesn't make someone a idiot for not agreeing with what u believe but hard evidence is you take the look of the cgi and the fact there is almost zero practicals, and it kinda makes everything looking like "For the King".
