By the title I thought it was an addon for new players called WrathBabyBell :( \/DreamsCrushed
i'd suggest adding MSBT and GTFO to the list, one makes the battle text look better, the other helps those that are new\/learning or in some cases, players that are too lazy to move out of bad stuff :)
I'd suggest not using any addon as new player.
DBM and Big Wigs does the same thing GTFO does. ;-) Don't need to double down.
Quality guide here. It's organized, concise and lists some of the most useful\/popular add-ons available. Well done!
I like Bagnon and Immersion!
Addons are for wussies and cheaters. I find it strange Blizzard allows you to use them because they give you an unfair advantage over others who don't use them.

lmao both of you more than likely use addons get over yourselves

You know, using a computer with a dedicated video card also gives you an unfair advantage over others with video onboard.DBM and Big Wigs does the same thing GTFO does. ;-) Don't need to double down.No. GTFO emphasize a small part of DBM regarding mechanics, that's all.
People actually still use Recount? Skada or Details are far better. Bigwigs uses far less resources than DBM and does the same job if not better. Same thing with Dominos compared to Bartender.
I would say use Details! over Recount or Skada. better interface, more options, cleaner look.\rhttp:\/\/www.wowinterface.com\/downloads\/info23056-DetailsDamageMeter.html
DBM and Recount on the list, very bad...
Addons are for wussies and cheaters. I find it strange Blizzard allows you to use them because they give you an unfair advantage over others who don't use them.\r\rYou could make the same argument about in-game Macros, or even about buying a gaming keyboard\/mouse with programmable buttons. All of them allow you to set-up more complicated commands and to make abilities easier and more efficient to use, but none of them are prohibited. It's also like the Auction House. People who have learned how to use it effectively can make a lot of gold, but they have to put in a significant time investment to learn and set everything up, not to mention adapting to changing markets. Same with Macros and same with Addons. \r\rThere are so many ways to improve your game using outside tools as well. Combat logging, Class Guides (on Wowhead and elsewhere), Discord communities, and on and on. The questions are these: 1. "How much do you want to improve?" and 2. "How much time and effort are you willing to invest in that improvement?" All improvement takes time, even practicing a rotation against a target dummy. Addons and Macros are not a magic fix for incompetence. You still have to set-up and use them properly to get any benefit at all. Both systems are designed by Blizzard this way. None of them can play the game for you or execute your rotation while you sip on a beverage mid raid encounter. There is a pretty clear line between cheating and not cheating. Blizzard is very consistent on that and routinely breaks addons & macros that cross that line when they are found.
you do realize they dont manipulate gameplay. its not like an aimbot they are simply there to help make the user experience easier to understand or use.
I'd suggest not using any addon as new player.\r\rthats just a bad suggestion considerin dbm is required basically and helps you understand some mechanics even if you dont know the fight
