What is the item level of the gear Mistweaver Xia sells? Also can you purchase it now on an alt, to have it ready for when you hit 120?\r\r320, and no, it scales down to your current level. Still a nice upgrade for alts on the way to 120, equivalent to a dungeon drop at that level.

Hit at least honored with 황제 샤오하오 even if you are not interested in anything else but just to get 잃어버린 시간의 유물 for easy teleport to Timeless Isle.\r\rStep 1- Buy some 황제 샤오하오의 훈장 from 운무사 시아\rStep 2- Use those to gain 500 rep each token(without racial or DMF bonus).\rStep 3- Repeat until you get to honored.\rStep 4- Buy 잃어버린 시간의 유물
