Was there any reason to increase the duration of Howling Winds?
I guess that people afk'd on the boat and waited it out to regen/get cds back etc
I guess you need to beat the boss as intended now, let's see who rekills and who doesn't.
The nerf to the boat strat is disappointing but thank god they nerfed the RNG positioning of Jaina in 1st intermission. If they had to hotfix Fetid early on in Uldir I can't believe that any encounter designer thought that was a good idea.
Howlings winds increased durantion is not a nerf btw.

Well it's pretty damn hard to dodge a tiny particle with a hitbox twice the size of the actual projectile. You don't even have to touch the swirlies to get frozen by them and as it turns out, 1 swirly can freeze multiple players if they are all hit within .5 seconds of each other.Shame Blizzard didn't nerf the pathetic RNG on Jaina instead because who needs skill these days when it all boils down to RNGjesus and Ice Fall.(Or they could nerf the hitbox on Ice Fall as well but I'm just a european player so Blizzard doesn't listen to me)
