I think everyone is forgetting that Sylvanas is still out there and she has a following of toons from across the Horde. So Blizzard can either forget that and make her the big bad we all fight next expansion... or... Horde splits to follow Sylvanas. Then there is Genn and Tyrande. They aren't going to accept peace. So Alliance also gets to split between those two and Anduin. I honestly think that next xpac has to involve either the splitting or disintegration of the faction lines. There will still be war of some kind. It just won't be A vs H.
This is so wrong on so many levels. Looks like my Undead will become stateless, as Calia is not my queen. Or perhaps I will just abandon her until I find out where Sylvanas is and join her, if it’s feasible. They have really dumbed down the Horde. I am sure Blizzard is pandering to a new generation of quick fix players, who like pretty and are goody two shoes, and are abandoning their older generation players. For the Horde is going to become pretty meaningless and not a rallying cry. Blizzcon is not going to be the same....I forgot to add that the quality of writing has really gone down over the years...
Suddenly Forsaken are led by a person who says "By the Light"? That's a freaking joke. What's next, replacing warhorses mounts with unicorns? For the Dark Lady. Always.
I agree and I think it opens the doors to bolvar story when he has memories of arthas via the helm of domination or something like that
so they've turned the forsaken into a bunch of anxiety ridden millenials that want to complain on facebook about panic attacks... wow.. what a disappointment
Long live house menethil!
Caila and Derek leading the Forsaken? Could be interesting times.
So horde gets a new cool race, they get the Princess of Lordaeron and the Prince of Kul Tiras to lead the forsaken and they get night elf zombies that joined their ranks...meanwhile alliance gets ...junk gnomes who will be played by judging by current trends (gnome population at 120 is 4-5% total alliance playerbase)so less than that! shameful horde biasthis would have been a perfect opportunity to introduce high elves!
Yeah, no, even with Sylvanas abandoning the Horde and seemingly the Forsaken, my Undead will remain loyal to her, and none of my other Horde characters will accept Alliance filth as the leader of one of our factions. My Alliance toons, on the other hand, will see Calia and Derek as monsters and traitorous scum, as they should be seen by the Alliance. Basically, I'm not accepting a Proudmoore and especially not a Menethil as the leader of a Horde faction.
