Unfortunately I expect the support and "listening to the community" to start and stop at getting the game as-is to a properly playable, functional state, with no attempts or plans to add a modified version of the campaign/maps as was initially mentioned at the reveal.I know they later walked that back prior to release, but it still sucks that one of the major selling points was abandoned.
He's full of execuspeak, managing to say a lot while saying nothing at all and sidestepping the issues at hand. Coming to dislike him quite a bit
This seems to be the normal process now by blizzard they release a game thats in a beta state and slowly build it up over the next few years.
Pay for a game that must patch. EA thinking. Finish the job and than release.
Brack get away
Thanks for the laugh.
If a game requires patch right after its release then it means the product was not complete to begin with, question is why do you release an incomplete game? It is not about high expectations or something it is about broken promises and shenanigans.
Me too, they are so out of touch. Feels like they just dont know anything about the community anymore.
The more I read stuff from this guy, the more I'm sad for Blizzard :-(
Like you built on Diablo 3?.... Or Heroes of the Storm?LOL, nice meme J. Allen.
Its a very nice thing that they will develop this game. Maybe we will have some addons!
Regarding WC3 remastered - I was supposed to be a beta tester and all that was available was player vs player. I was interested in the campaign not that so never tested.Anyway....must have been living under a rock but I still have the original WC3 DVD’s - I see mention that it’s now going online? Does that mean my original WC3 can only be played online?
The bait and switch is what’s most disappointing. I was excited for the redone campaign to match the wow story. None of that so i don’t buy. Glad i didn’t preorder, i probably won’t preorder another new blizzard game again.
Have you ever enjoyed a movie or a song and then found on social media that it sucks and you're not supposed be going around liking it? And you're wondering how you like the movie/song if everyone else doesn't? And you talk to your real life friends and find out that they liked it also. This is how I feel about something when the online community doesn't like something. Who cares. It's the same attention seekers who don't like everything else.I own Warcraft III but haven't played it in forever. The "reforged" version gave me a reason to play it all over again. It's doing that.
