“ The biggest transmog change in the Shadowlands pre-patch is the loosing of artifact weapon transmog restrictions. ”Loosening, not loosing.
note: glyphs for druid forms, like cheetah, turn into permanent barbershop unlocks.
I'm glad the spec-specific artifact restrictions are being loosened, but I wish the offspec artifacts were still keeping the ability to transmog over any weapon. As it is, it means some specs are really seeing little or no change--like Outlaw and Survival
Someone knows whats happening with level requirements for transmog items? Is everything available from a certain level (10 is a number I have often seen), regardless of what expansion items originated? Or will the level requirements just change to their shadowlands counterparts?
Nope, after you're done with it, a vendor will appear in exiles reach with all the stuff you can buy. You'll have more than enough money to get them all
Nice! Was just looking info if it would be possible to change the all the druid forms, gonna make such a difference to customization.
The Expeditionary vendors are still broke last I looked late last week. Some items show up for the wrong classes, the AGI staff is upside down on the back and lists as a polearm instead on Hordeside, but the same item is normal as a staff on Alliance, the other staff uses the Alliance skin, etc etc. I'm sure they'll get round to fixing it eventually, but yeah. Still no BfA pvp weapons either, but again would wager those are incoming eventually. No clue on if the prepatch armor mogs unlock for both factions, or just the one you purchase, which with the crunch on time this prepatch period could prove critical to getting some of those looks.
RIP those cool shields that were found I guess
To be clear, you can only make your wand look like another weapon type, not the otherway around. As a priest, if you have a mace equipped, you cannot make it look like a wand. Your options for mog are maces and legion artifact. As a priest, if you have a wand equipped, you can make it look like a mace. Your options for mog are maces, daggers, wands, and legion artifact.
Shame we didn't get that single shoulder tmog option
One of the dagger appearances is apparently Alliance-locked, while the other one can be used by both factions.Weird.
