Farmer Yoon stands on the west side of Halfhill in The Valley of the Four Winds at 52,48.

This quest is the first needed for the farming achievement Green Acres.

These quests also gain reputation for The Tillers faction.

This chain is basically Harvest Moon.

Edit: I would like to point out I am comparing it to the video game series. As in the video games you plant on small patches and harvest the next day, you farm size slowly increases, and you have to befriend the village. Also this guy came from the city to an inherited farm, same as the games.
