I went to the fishing area behind my garrison. But I don't see it. The only quest I have is 정원의 비버 청소. What do I need to do to get this quest? My garrison is Tier 3.

If you have the shipyard, he is NW of the docks.

Alliance - Level 94, Learn Fishing if you dont have it, NPC is at 27,6 in SMV, just Northwest of your garrison

On all my alts I got these quests below, all at level 94, but no Fish Fight.

So in case anyone is looking to complete this in BfA, the same as me and cant figure out why the hell Madari wont speak to me, it really is simple. This has a preceding quest called Looking For Help, starting with Ron Ashton at 54.4, 15.8

While you are there, you can pick up the treasure in the cave in the lake.
