For those of you looking for resistance it is most likely easier to get Inscription of Endurance from the Violet Eye at honored reputation outside of Karazahn.

You must first do Mantles of the Dawn before this quest becomes available. I collected 25 tokens at exalted thinking I'd come get this right after I finished in strat, only to find out I was short 10 tokens for the pre-req.

It counts towards the Loremaster and Seeker achievements.

Usually, quests, giving this kind of consumable items, are repeatable. This quest is not repeatable, since Chromatic Mantles of the Dawn are also available for purchase from the quartermasters.

So, the quest counts towards the Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms (Alliance, Horde) and Seeker achievements.
