After creating a 보석제작자의 집중 수정, jewelcrafters can pick up free gems every day from of six shrines, each corresponding to a gem colour.

Only shrines that have been unlocked (by completing a quest) show on the map, and can be interacted with.
Some quests may have already been completed during the previous questlines, if they're not showing you can confirm they're complete with the following macros:

<신단을 조사해보니 한때 보석이 있었던 것으로 여겨지는 두어 군데 자리에 보석이 더는 없는 것을 발견합니다.

또한 중앙에 있는 보석은 금이 여러 줄 가있는 것이 보입니다.

기록에선 토석인이 근처 북서쪽 산에서 보석을 탐사했다는 사실을 언급하고 있습니다.

그쪽에서 신단의 보석을 더 찾을 수 있을 것 같습니다.>
