There is an extra action button to interact with when Calia stops after facing a big named mob.
Don't be like me and run through the blight to reset the quest thinking its bugged.

*cringe* There should be a "..." at the end of that because that's not the complete phrase!

Lilian does NOT stop walking before reaching the mob she need so casters have no time to stop and cast spells. A tank pet is nice as you just need one shoot and the pet takes over.

When quest is turned in I hearthed to Orgrimmar after picking up quest : Consulting our Allies which sends you to Maldraxxus ...

I present 로데론으로 귀환 Storyline. This Storyline have 15 Quests. After complite this Storyline You will get Achievement 로데론으로 귀환.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 늑대의 눈	First Quest is from 겐 그레이메인 in Oribos 41,7 63,6 and speak with 길니안 회색마법사 then you will be teleported. Then move to 칼리아 메네실 61 51,5.
2a 포세이큰 집결	"Speak with 3 NPC: - 어둠 순찰자 벨로나라 62 50.5 Do quest for him 우리의 영토 kill 8 mobs. - 수석 연금술사 파라넬 63.2 55.5 - 릴리안 보스 57.6 49.2"
2b 우리의 영토	Kill 8 mobs
4	First speak with 릴리안 보스 then after conversation speak with 칼리아 메네실 then move to 62 55.5
5	First speak with 칼리아 메네실 then stay inside barrien and kill mobs until Blighted Lieutenant when you kill him use flask on your extra spell bar then move back.
6 아군과 상의	Fly to 후작 신데인 in Maldraxxus 74.7 33.6 on top of flying bulding.
7 역병의 의회	Fly to Plague Deviser Marileth 71.2 71.4
8a 역병의 정수	First press on Simmering Concoction 70.9 74.1 then Unstable Concoction 69.6 75.6 and last Tumultuous Concoction 68.5 79.7
8b 포식자 먹이기	Slay plague mobs until 100%
10 현신	Slay Lordaeron Blight 68.3 84
11 브릴로 귀환	Use 릴리안의 귀환석 to teleport then go to 수석 연금술사 파라넬 65.8 60.1 and speak with him and wait until conversation end.
12 로데론 개선책	Jump on Shadowbat 65.7 59.9, use kill 1 and 2 on mobs under you, when you will get 100% you will start fight with Amalgam use on him skill 3-5.
13 황폐의 의회	First will be a conversation
14	hmm i just finish this quest without accept maby due to that im not hunter ?
15	Back to Oribos to speak with 겐 그레이메인 41.5 63.4 first give him letter then finish quest after that you will reach Achievement 로데론으로 귀환.

I tried it twice and was not getting the action button needed to collect the sample and complete the quest.

At that point, I did a "/reload gui" and the action button came up allowing me to complete the quest.
