After you finish the A Donation of Runecloth quest, you can continue donating stacks of Runecloth (20 each time) for 75 reputation with Stormwind. This is usually done for non-human classes to be able to use a Horse mount.

The NPC is located (in Stormwind ofc) at 44.3 , 74.0 up the stairs. If you don't use coords, then ask a guard to point you to the Tailoring Trainer.

you get 82.5 reps as human (10% diplomaty)

each turn gave you 82/83 reps

to make this process easier create a macro with the following:

/run SelectGossipAvailableQuest(1);CompleteQuest();GetQuestReward()

talk to the NPC then mash the macro button and it will accept the quest, complete it and close the window

Apparently removed in Patch 4.0.3a. Replaced with reputation tabards.
