You may want to wait with killing Araj the Summoner for quest Alas, Andorhall (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=105) till you get last quest in this quest chain(Araj' scarab) , so you could do both in same time.

This might have been introduced in a recent patch but the torch for "All Along the Watch Towers" has a 2min CD so doing other quests in between each has proved to be a nice save of time.

These comments are nice and all but none of them really pertain directly to the quest mentioned above. So my question is, do you just talk to him and by doing so complete the quest? (I'd find out first hand but I'm waiting for the server to come back online).

If you're on the quest for the key to scholomance..make sure to bring 2 thorium bars when you go to gadget to get the mold...sux to have to go back to ah if you're not BS or have it in bank! Don't count on gadget Ah to have bars.

To do this quest first you need to do quest A call to arms: The Plaguelands! than quest Scarlet Diversion than All Along the Watchtowers. After these quests you can complete quest Scholomance =)

I am having huge problems here. First, High Executor Derrington won't give me any quests. I think I already did Scarlet Diversions and All Along the Watchtowers but it was a long time ago. Next, I can't get the quest A call to arms: The Plaguelands! either. Next, Apothecary Dithers has no quests for me. I haven't started the scholomance quest chain so wtf is up? I can't get any of the quests?

You CANNOT do this quest line to the fullest if Gadgetzan hates you. For the third part of the quest you have to pay 15g to a goblin there along with the quest item. I learned the hard way.
