Looking at the eastern altar, go to the right of it. There is a Witherbark Speaker to your immediate left that is guarding three eggs. Other eggs can be found at the small altar at the lake, and others can be found at the Sunken Temple quest giver at the southern altar. Good luck!

There is a small camp at 39,66 with 4 trolls guarding it. there i found 3 eggs - 2 on a table and the other one in a big vase on the ground.
There is also a sacrifising table at 34,72 with 2 eggs - one on the table and one next to the table.

Actually a little bit tricky this quest. You´re not able to see the "three-eggs-hidding-place" when you stand near the waterhole. Therefore! jump down to your right, when you get the quest, and as mentioned earlier, a Witherbark Caller will be guarding the 3 eggs. lvl 50 holy when i did it, and I did easely.

Just did it as a 42 Hunter. It wasn't hard in fact, plus being a dwarf helped a lot - dwarf's racial ability to find treasures displays eggs' locations on minimap.

little "cheat" from Discipline Priest (solo, 44lvl):

after you find corpse - you can take all EGGS near.
Just kill one mage-summoner 45lvl in 53.9/72.8 and take 3 eggs, wait 5-7 min, kill again - take 2 eggs.

I followed RaZZoR hints and got all 5 with hardly any fighting needed:

I found 3 eggs right next to the exile to the south (jump down from the hill) and two more on the altar near the lake. Finished this quest without killing anything at all as a level 44 disc/holy priest.

Easy quest^^
The ST quest giver has 3 eggs, and the altar south of the small lake holds 2 eggs.
Standing at the altar, the quest giver is almost due south...

Carefull ! There is now an elite ?? spider named Shadra near the base of the southern temple.

Very easy as a lvl 46 rogue. I just stealthed up to the eggs and sapped their guardians. I also used vanish to restealth when necesssary. Did it all without any combat.

i found some unguarded eggs at 33.7, 75.1. They are next to the NPC that gives the quest Jammal'an the Prophet.

Run down the altar across to the opposite high altar, on the way at ground level there's a small table with 2 eggs, at co-ords 34,72

Then a little way up the opposite altar, on a ledge to the left, there's another quest giver and you can find a set of 3 eggs lying on table in front of him, at co-ords 33,74

This quest was so easy, i just stealthed over to Jammal'an the Prophet and grabbed the three eggs their, then sat their and waited for them to respawn. Done.

There's 3 eggs at 35.9 72.7, there is a level 46 guarding them, which is easy to take down anyhow, as a Rogue I just sapped her and got them. :)

the only thing you have to do is to wait to respawn the eggs after you loot them @ 33.75

This is not very helpful but this reminds me of Noblegarden - well anyway - theres alot near the Steps of the altar

Actually, there's really no need to leave the Eastern Temple where Featherbeard's remains are. The eggs respawn enough and there are enough spawn points to pick up all 5 eggs within a few minutes with minimal combat.

[Looking over the remains, you surmise that this broken and battered skeleton must be all that is left of Featherbeard. Clutched in one skeletal hand is a torn and stained sheaf of paper. You gently remove and unroll it, revealing a hand-drawn map and a few hastily scrawled notes.

The map appears to be a rendering of Shadra'Alor and its three temples with 'x' marks in several places, presumably the locations of the stolen eggs. You place the map in your pack for inspection at a safer location.]
