Blog - Character Transfer - Reduced Cooldown on Paid Character Transfers by Malgayne. It seems that Blizzard has decided to severely cut down on the cooldown for using paid character transfers. This might encourage people to try out server communities without regretting it.

Blog - Warcraft movie - Sam Raimi to Direct Warcraft Movie by Malgayne.
We have known for awhile now that Blizzard has been planning to produce a Warcraft movie together with Legendary Pictures. After that, we heard nothing until Uwe Boll was laughed off Blizzard's office when he applied for a director's job. After a few more months, the news arrives that the 'Spiderman' director will be the one to direct the long-awaited movie. Check out the blog for more links!

Blog - Wowhead - Introducing Wowhead Premium by Malgayne.
A long-awaited feature now arrived - the Premium feature! In this blog Malgayne introduces us to the feature and and points out details. Users who are looking to contribute to Wowhead and the ZAM network should definitely check it out!

Thread - Masks - New Masks & Races by Arikan.
It appears that apart from the Worgen and Goblin masks, additional ones have been implemented. Namely Ogres, Murloc, Vrykul and Naga ones. Does this weaken the possibility of the Worgen and Goblin to likely come in ~~the next~~ a future expansion? Arikan has included some other possibilities on which we to discuss.

Suggestions

Thread - Icecrown - Suggestion of the opening of icecrown by Arathian.
As this thread shows, the focus of interest now obviously is slowly shifting towards Icecrown Glacier, supposedly to come out in 3.3,. Arathian brought an introduction idea (via the official forums) for the arrival of Icecrown, much alike the event before Wrath of the Lich King was released, known as the Scourge Invasion.

Blog - Account security - Increase in Hacked Accounts: Cause for Concern? by MasterOfDisguise.
This blog deals with the security of World of Warcraft accounts and the prevention of hacks. MasterOfDisguise disclaims Blizzard having any role in the process of account compromise-action and points out that, in most cases, the user is solely responsible for eventual hijacks. There also are two different resources that hackers use for compromising accounts, and helpful tips are listed at the end. It would be a good idea to check out this thread dealing with the same problem!

Blog - Strategist - Ignis - Strategist: Ignis the Furnace Master by ArgentSun.
Another Strategist joins the flock! This time it deals with Ignis the Furnace Master who sets fire under your pants... If you haven't noticed it, ArgentSun also included his quotes in a dropdown menu and retroactively added Flame Leviathan quotes to his blog. Razorscale does not have any quotes.

Blog - Strategist - XT-002 - Strategist: XT-002 Deconstructor by ArgentSun.
This quickly-written Strategist deals with the XT-002 Deconstructor, where ArgentSun carefully guides us through the more or less complicated fight.

Thread - Druid - Restoration - How to Druid: Tree 101 by NetStormer.
Whoops! Covering the Restoration Druid, this guide is very detailed and tells the reader everything about the Druid. However, not going too deep and leaving math away, it also has lots of info for spells, talent builds, itemization, FAQs, and more!

Thread - Paladin - Protection - Protection: Pre-Raiding Gear by shiinjin.
In this thread, he has assembled a list of pre-raiding gear obtainable through dungeon heroics and reputation rewards for the Protection Paladin. All of the items are linked for quicker checks and each slot has its items compared through the Item Comparison tool. Definitely worthwhile to check out!

Thread - Priest - Gear - Gearing Up for Raids IV by Aldones.
Extending his GUP series with this thread, which we unfortunately missed, he covers more items for Priests.

Thread - Priest - FAQ - Priest FAQ by Primar.
This is another thread we have missed (we know, we are not almighty), it contains a detailed FAQ written by Primar himself. Thanks to him for giving us a (belated) heads up.

Blog - Druid - Q and A - Druid Q&A Follow-up by ArgentSun.
It looks like the 'Druid Interview' evoked a lot of discussions, Bornakk has taken his time to extend the Q and A with more questions and answers. Check it out!

Blog - Hunter - Q and A - Hunter Q&A with Ghostcrawler by ArgentSun.
Here is another interview with Greg 'Ghostcrawler' Street, covering the Hunter class. With the current speed they are doing it, either the Priest or the Rogue Q&A (or both? *fingers crossed*) will come next week most likely.

Lore and Fan-Fiction

Thread - Why Worgen and Goblins could work by Arikan.
Everything about the "Worglin" (Worgen-Golbins, y'know...) discussion started when MMO Champion dropped off the bombshell discovering mask textures in game files. A large percentage of the playerbase now is assuming that these races will be implemented in a future expansion, namely Maelstrom (which is, according to the same playerbase, the most likely candidate for following up Wrath of the Lich King). Now Arikan has formulated a hypothesis as to why implementing theses races actually would not be illogical. Go ahead and check it out!

Thread - The Pride of the Thunderhorn Series by HiV0LT4G3.
Joining the few serious user written stories, this one tells of a Tauren Hunter traveling through the vast savanna of the Barrens. It already has several subchapters, closing up to the end.

Thread - The Pandaria Series by Sagramor.
The story continues with the 12th tome, 'Noble Ignorance'.

Off-Topic

Blog - MMORPG - A Little Off-Topic: Fallen Earth Beta by Malgayne.
Directed at the older playerbase beyond the age of 17 due to its mature content, ZAM partnered up with Icarus Studios to provide ZAM users with Beta keys, which indicates that the developing progress almost is finished. Oh, and you teens, get out here!
